Outside the on-site area? A huge amount of IT problems don't actually need anyone standing in front of your computer.
Software issues, viruses & malware, slow computers, account recovery, printer & scan-to-email setup, WiFi troubleshooting — most of it can be fixed over the phone or a secure remote screen-share session, the same day, wherever you are in New Zealand. Only genuine hands-on hardware work (a cracked screen, a dead part) needs an on-site visit.
